Plan management is when a provider supports you to manage funding in your NDIS plan. These providers are known as plan managers. 

Plan management is different from having the NDIA manage funding in your NDIS plan, or you choosing to self-manage your plan.

Why use a plan manager?

A plan manager can help you: 

• increase your financial and plan management skills
• learn how to self-manage your plan 
• pay providers
• increase your choice of providers
• get NDIS plan budget reports and greater budget oversight. 

Having us as your plan manager is a bit like having your accountant helping you with your finances (only we're fully funded by the NDIS). You keep full control over your budgets, but we take care of your NDIS invoices and support you in better managing your funds and spending.
