MEHNAZ ZERIN

I am the Founder and Director of Carendis Services, a committed NDIS-registered provider focused on enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. Through Carendis, I strive to deliver person-centred, holistic care that empowers participants to achieve greater independence, meaningful community engagement, and an improved quality of life.

With a strong background in community support, early intervention, and service coordination, I bring both strategic direction and compassionate leadership to our work. I ensure that every support plan is individually tailored, reflecting each participant’s goals, preferences, and needs—whether in daily living, therapeutic support, or capacity building.

I am deeply committed to inclusivity, quality, and participant empowerment. I believe that every individual deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and understanding. Through Carendis Services, I aim to create a safe, culturally responsive, and supportive environment where participants and their families feel heard, valued, and supported at every stage of their journey.
