Our Services

Assistance with Personal Acitivities

Assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible. These individual supports can be provided in a range of environments, including but not limited to, the participant’s own home.

Short-term care while your usual carers take a break
Support with eating and drinking
Assistance with toileting and continence support
Assistance with showering and or grooming
Assistance with medication management or administration
Assistance after a hospital stay/visit and need urgent support
Injury recovery support and to avoid future accidents.

Plan Management

Plan management is when a provider supports you to manage funding in your NDIS plan. These providers are known as plan managers.
